There are many classes that students have a hard time in. Most of the time it’s because the curriculum is too hard for the student, the teacher doesn’t teach in a way they understand, or the student has a learning problem or sight problem.

A few current seniors agreed that their toughest subject this year is math.

“Math is my hardest subject because it is hard for me to understand and not everyone can understand it in the same way,” Rachel Shirley said.

The other seniors said that math was hard because they have a hard time listening and the work is challenging.

A few juniors said that chemistry, math or English was the class that they had the most trouble in.

“Chemistry is my hardest subject because it’s math and science in one and hard to remember,” Kaylee Barber said. “Who does that to people?”

Another junior that said that her hardest subject was math because she has a hard time remembering the equations and other material. However, another junior said that his hardest subject was English because he had a hard time understanding the process of the work.

A few sophomores that said English or world history was their hardest subject.

“English is my hardest subject because I have a hard time seeing the board,” Liza Libby said.

Another sophomore said his hardest subject was English because his class was too loud and disturbing. The last person said her hardest class was world history because writing essays aren’t her stronghold and she has trouble setting up the information for them.

The last grade to explain their hardest class was the freshman. Their hardest subjects were English and math.

“Math is the subject I struggle in because it’s confusing and I don’t understand the letters and numbers used in the equations,” Mataya Ford said.

Another freshman said that her hardest subject was English because her teacher doesn’t explain things in a way that she can understand and learn.
