The trailer, showing Cisco Ramon pulling Barry from the speed force, was a sweet
surprise for people that worried if Barry would play a big part in season four. The trailer is a
great portrayal of what you should expect when you sit down to watch this episode, and even
though it was good enough to tide me over, it nearly drove me crazy anticipating what they had
to offer to the storyline.

The note it left made my mind run rampant with questions and emotions that were laid to
rest as I switched on my tv. The end of season three was a powerful moment in the Flash series
causing lots of drama, and the premiere for season four was a complete question to me. Season
three left off on a dramatic cliffhanger making a spectacular comeback that much more
expected.

At the beginning of the episode, you can almost feel the disappointment radiating off of the
characters as they yearn for a single drop of hope. When I turned on my tv and clicked play, the
episode displayed on my screen and my smile got brighter as I was very satisfied with the way
they went about accomplishing keeping the show interesting by adding new problems but also
providing closure to the unanswered questions from season three.

I would most definitely recommend “The Flash” to anyone. It maintains the storyline of a
normal show and also keeps you interested by keeping the characters busy and the audience
always guessing with just the right amount of cliffhangers to keep us coming back for more.
